The Club + FAQ ~MSPaint-Cult is a club dedicated primarily to Microsoft Paint, whether you use it or are just a supporter. It is also for fans of artwork made in MSPaint, artists who use MSPaint.
So then are you excluding people who use other operating systems and don't have access to MSPaint?
No, anyone can join. Those without access to Paint will not be able to submit to our gallery, but this club is about a lot more than just the pictures we upload.
How do you do that in PAINT?
Skills. And a lot of patience +0+ Either that, or we used the airbrush tool xD;

Actually, the note function isn't gone. The only thing that went away is the shortcut on peoples userpages. You can still access your notes by going to [link] :3 All you have to do is go there and put MSPaint-Cult in the "recipient(s)" box, and do things as usual.
