Submission RulesSUBMISSION RULES:
these are for general submissions to the club gallery. Contests may have different guidelines.
1. The finished product must have been predominantly (95%) in MSPaint. If you embellish one little, insignificant thing in photoshop or something, that's fine. We'll be the judge of what isn't.
2. Animations are okay as long as all the drawing was done in Paint so that it adheres to the 95% rule :3
3. The ONLY circumstance under which you can submit a non-paint piece is if it is made specifically to promote MS Paint, or the club. For instance, if you draw a tribute to Paint in oC, or... something like that. XD
4. No scrappy or obviously effortless pics.
5. If you're not sure, just ask. Seriously, it's not like we're going to hurt you. The worst that could happen is just us telling you, "Sorry, we can't take that submission."
6. We will only take one submission per person at a time. And if you're trying to get us to upload your entire gallery one deviation at a time, we will kindly ask you to stop.
7. We will only upload two - five submissions at a time, in order to encourage our watchers to look at everything we submit. This means you will have to wait a while before we can get your art up.
Things we don't accept:

- Oekaki pics
- IDs (including pixel IDs)
- Dolls
- Stamps
- Memes
- Bandwagons with no artistic merit

"bandwagons with no artistic merit" is basically my way of weeding out things I don't think are appropriate for the club gallery XD; I guess I meant like, memes that are too scrappy
